Victoria Miller

Tap Dancer, Improvisor, Choreographer, Educator, Bandleader

Victoria is a Toronto based multi-disciplinary dancer, performer, and educator. In August 2025, she debuted her first full-length tap dance and live music show, “Neo Soul Ties”, which she produced, choreographed, directed, and performed in. In September 2025, she brought “Neo Soul Ties” to the Vancouver Fringe Festival, where she premiered a new version featuring performers from both Vancouver and Toronto. She was a commissioned artist at the 2024 Toronto International Tap Dance Festival, where she debuted her work in a split bill with Ryan Foley and Brenda Bufalino.

Her performance credits include: residency dancer at the Toronto International Tap Dance Festival (2017 & 2022), dancer/swing in Rhythm & Sound’s “Revamped” (2022), and a contributing choreographer and dancer in The Rhythm Ensemble’s “Explorations in Sound” (2022), Fever After Dark (2022 & 2023), and Unite: Dance Showcase (2022).

In Toronto’s jazz scene, Victoria is a house band member at Davie Studio’s Listening Room and Marmalade since 2024, and performs with her own band at live music venues throughout the city. She is currently a dancer in the new outreach company Ripple Effect, under the direction of Allison Toffan. Deepening her practice, Victoria participated in the Heather Cornell Legacy Project (2024), studying tap dance lineage and musician-dancer collaboration from Mentors Heather Cornell, Dianne Walker, Andy Milne, and Max Pollak.

She’s grateful for the inspiration and support she receives from mentors Allison Toffan, Juliana Kelly, and Ryan Foley.
